Some people hear but don't want to bother...
For the heart of this people has become dull, and with their ears they scarcely hear, and they have closed their eyes; lest they should see with their eyes, and hear with their ears, and understand with their heart and return, and I should heal them."  Acts 28:27

Some people do things that they believe no one will know about...
How blessed is the man who does not walk in the counsel of the wicked, nor stand in the path of sinners, nor sit in the seat of scoffers!  Psalms 1:1

Some do not know about the meaning of grace...
For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.   Romans 6:23

Some might bow their head and ask Jesus to come into their heart and help them fight against sin...
Ask, and it shall be given to you; seek, and you shall find; knock, and it shall be opened to you.  Matthew 7:7
